1. Licence, not ownership
A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the identified Off Shell Instruments software. The software, code, graphics, presets, documentation and associated intellectual property remain owned by Off Shell Instruments or its licensors.
2. Permitted use
Unless a product page states otherwise, one licence is for one individual. The customer may use the software for personal and commercial music creation. Music, performances and recordings created using the software belong to the user, subject to rights in any third-party material they use.
3. Restrictions
The customer must not redistribute the plugin, presets, graphics, installers, documentation or code; share or resell licence keys; provide unauthorised access; or reverse engineer, decompile, bypass protections or modify the software except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
4. Updates and availability
Updates may change features, compatibility and requirements. The software is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or with every future operating system, DAW, driver or device.
5. Liability and Australian Consumer Law
To the extent permitted by Australian law, liability is limited to remedies available under applicable law and, where lawful, repair, replacement or resupply of the software or service. Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
6. Termination
The licence may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraudulent payment, unlawful redistribution or deliberate circumvention of licence controls. Rights that cannot lawfully be removed remain unaffected.
