Installation help

Install and find the instrument

  1. Run the downloaded installer.
  2. Review any Windows security warning and verified publisher status.
  3. Select the standalone and VST3 components required.
  4. Use the standard system VST3 installation location.
  5. Open the standalone application directly if required.
  6. Rescan plugins inside the DAW.
  7. Use the installed uninstaller to remove the software.

Can I upgrade from one instrument to the full set?

Yes. Eligible owners will be able to complete A Matter of Fact without buying the same instrument twice.

Are demos available?

Limited-feature demos will be added to the Downloads page when they are ready.

What should I include in a support request?
