1. Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added, calculated or handled by the payment provider according to the customer’s location and the final store configuration.
2. What a purchase provides
A purchase provides a software licence, not ownership of the software. Customers must provide a valid email address so receipts, account access and secure download information can be delivered electronically.
3. Bundles and the Carl Sagan Collection
A Matter of Fact includes its three listed instruments. The Carl Sagan Collection includes the nine instruments listed on its sales page. It does not automatically include unrelated future products, expansions or services.
4. Unreleased products
Carl Sagan Collection instruments that are not yet released will be delivered when released. No exact delivery date is promised unless one is explicitly stated on the relevant product page. Names, features, platform support and release order may change during development.
5. Fraud and cancellation
Fraudulent, reversed or unauthorised payments may result in order cancellation and licence suspension, subject to applicable law and a reasonable opportunity to correct genuine payment errors.
6. Consumer rights
Statutory consumer rights, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law, remain unaffected.
